All prepaid tours can be cancelled up to 30 days in advance with a full refund.
Cancellations made 30 to 15 days prior to your VIP tour will automatically be charged a 50% cancellation fee, the remaining 50% will be refunded within one week of cancellation notification. Cancellation fees apply to each VIP tour day canceled.
All MyMagical VIP cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your VIP tour will receive no refund.
